BuddyPress.org

I am using bp-album on one website and it works fine. I have just installed it on the second website I have and cannot see uploaded pictures as url of the image is
http://domain.com/home/k/krug/public_html/wp-content/uploads/album/2/orange.jpg
instead of
http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/album/2/orange.jpg
What could be the problem?
The difference between websites is wordpress and buddypress versions. I am using 3.05 and 1.2.7 on this one
