User navigation modifications?

    Hello guys,

    Im trying to rename “Activity” to “Updates”, and I was able to do it in the main navigation.php but I cant find where to rename the links on the user navigation.. the one next to “Welcome Back! username”… also in the admin drop down… any clues?
