User roles error

I don’t know what to do I can’t even create new ones.

I tried to reinstall the plugin fully didn’t cahnge anything.

The problem is in that 1 table (for roles) was not created.
To fix:
In admin area of a plugin select “Delete all tables and options”. Click save.
Deactivate the plugin on Plugins page.
Activate the plugin again – should be fixed.
All data will be removed and tables will be created one more time.

Unfortunatly I cannot find this option!! I might be dumb but I really can’t find it (“Delete all tables and options”.)
