User tab with individual information

I tried my best to search for a plug-in or a way to do this…
I want to be able to add a tab to user profile, but the tab would have different types of information for each user that I would input myself. I could use the extended profile but I do not want the tab to be under their profile since it has nothing to do with their profile, and also do not want them to edit the information. Anyone know of a solution?
