Looks like you’re using a BP plugin or some custom code that is conflicting with Welcome Pack.
Are you using any plugins that do anything to the member directory at all?
Yeah, let me know what other plugins you’re using and which theme. It’s *probably* a conflict with something, but we’ll figure it out.

Ok, So if no one knows the specific plugin that’s causing the problem, should I just start disabling them one at a time and see when the functionality returns?

I’m not going to have time to look at this issue until at least sometime tomorrow; I’m very busy. Is there any errors in your web server’s error log?
To update: looking at your plugins, I see nothing obvious that would interfere. Have a look in your web server error log for any errors caused when you load this page. Also, what’s in the HTML source for that area of the page (if you know how to read HTML)? Is it just empty li elements?
Another update: in the upcoming Welcome Pack 2.2 release, I’ve changed how those names are put into the list, so whatever problem you’re having, it may fix it.
