Users cannot access their profiles from the top right menu

Hi guys
I’m having an issue with the latest BP & tried a few themes, but still the same.
Some of my subscribers/users cannot change their profile details, avatar or send messages when using the top Right drop down Menu. They get redirected to PAGE NOT FOUND.
Funny enough it’s not all of them. It seams like only the new users (a few months now) are having this problem.
Hope someone has an answer tnx

Is BP installed in Multisite? If so, is BP installed in main site or defined in subsite?

BP is installed only in the members area http://www.mysite.com/members

Do you have a single WP install in a physical subdirectory /members/
OR a multisite installation and BP defined in members subdirectory?

What browser/s are they using? Did these new users register the same way old users did or were they added via script or plugin? Did you install any membership plugin?

I installed this new site from my Cpanel I went in Fantastico > WP > New Installation (hope this answer yr question)

it’s not a browser issue as many have told me the same thing.
I use DAP for my membership site and all the users (old & new) get a profile upon purchase. Paypal > DAP
