Weekly Digest not Working

Posted first on the WordPress Plugin site; wasn’t sure if this group is more closely monitored.
I have a small site with about 5 different groups right now. One group has instant notifications on – and that works. 3 have daily digests set up and that works fine. The other group has weekly digests set up and that doesn’t work at all. When I view the scheduled digest at the test link (http://mysite.com/?sum=1), everything under weekly digest is blank, even though there are new postings. If I change the group to daily digest and post something new, I see the emails are scheduled for sending out. As soon as I set it back up for weekly digest, nothing ever is scheduled and nothing is ever sent. Any ideas? This has been a problem for some time now.
