Welcome Pack Emails Not Sending After BP 1.7 Update

I recently updated BuddyPress to version 1.7 today and while performing tests on my site to make sure everything was working properly, I noticed that the custom new user activation email from the Welcome Pack plugin was not being sent to new users. It has reverted back to sending the default new user activation email. It was just yesterday that the custom emails from Welcome Pack were being sent fine with no issue.

Could this be a possible conflict with the BP 1.7 update?

Currently using WP 3.5.1 and Welcome Pack 3.3

I haven’t tested Welcome Pack with 1.7, so it’s possible there’s an issue. Going to test all the things over the next couple of weeks.
