What to do with a SQL dump of BuddyPress data?

So, on the one hand, I have a fresh install of the latest WP, with the latest BuddyPress plugged in.

On the other hand, I have an SQL dump from an old WPMU/BuddyPress installation.

Is there any way I can get the old BP related data – currently only in SQL form – into my new install?

Any help greatly appreciated.
