When Attempting to Make a Post (attempt to access files in /wp-admin/ ?)

I have my /wp-admin/ password protected…

When I attempt to submit a forum post, it receive a popup with authorization required since I have htpasswd setup for the admin dir…

So what files would be accessed in /wp-admin/ when you load the page to add a topic/reply to a forum?

Need to know so the files can be whitelisted in the htaccess file of /wp-admin/, so everyone can access them..

Hi berto813,

I am having this issue currently whenever a user tries to access a forum or a topic. Did you ever find a resolution to this? I’ve been beating my head against the wall. LOL. 🙂

Probably related to ajax and/or js in /wp-admin/ and/or /wp-admin/includes/

You may have more luck asking on bbpress.org/forums/
