Where to find basic instructions

Let me appologize in advance for such a noob question. I’ve loaded wp and bp on my site and everything seems to be there and functioning. However, I’m not sure what I’m doing or what some of the features are, nor how to use them. Is there a documentation/instruction manual that I’m somehow too stupid to find? I’ve plumbed the depths and come up empty. Any help would be appreciated.

Hm, no real instruction manual as such. And no question is a noob question
With regards to features, you can read this page http://buddypress.org/, find some BuddyPress introduction videos from WordCamp conferences at http://wordpress.tv/category/buddypress/. I’ve just got back from WordCamp Ireland where I did an introduction to BP session; slides are at http://slideshare.net/DJPaul/wordcamp-ireland-2010-introduction-to-buddypress
