WordPress database error Duplicate key name – creates error.log to explode up to 100 mbs

    Greetings everyone,

    I have this site WordPress 3.2.1 with Buddypress and Multisite enabled. I am getting some performance issue and when I read the log file I am getting this:

    Actually this is the only one left in all problems I got.

    I uninstalled the bbforum to see if that caused the error but it still active.

    So now, I would like to ask about this error what causes this and how to fix this?

    The problem is that it creates error.log to explode up to 100 mbs so I have to delete it everyday…

    Any help is gladly apprecitated

    It looks like this error is coming from BP Moderation. You may want to ask the author of that plugin @francescolaffi about it.

    Hi Boone,

    Thanks for that info, I will try to disable that and observe. The site is a private coaching group so moderation is not really an issue right now.

    I’m not sure this is a bp-moderation problem, from the traces I see bpmod is calling bp_forums_get_topic_posts that load bbpress that tries to alter the db causing the error (the altered tables are not bpmod tables either), bpmod could just be the first to call something forum related and makes bp load bb.

    @unwiredtech you could try disabling bpmod and see if the forums work correctly without errors, but I feel its more likely that something is wrong with bb db upgrading, maybe some corruption or wrong db version stored in the options.
    Anyway if you narrow down the problem to bp-moderation please write to the plugin forum https://buddypress.org/community/groups/bp-moderation/forum/ or mention me, I’m not usually around here but I follow the plugin activities via rss.

    Please Help me Out anyone! specifically @francescolaffi

    I have a little problem. This BP-moderation did not shows the flag button when i update the post, but after refreshing the page the button appears. I want the way if i update the buddypress post – Top bar in the Activity Tab – then the Flag button must be display, by some jQuery or AJAX… somelike Javascript.
