I will add that the above is in reference to a site containing Courseware content.
I have just checked two additional sites with the same versions but no Courseware content, and it appears possible to add new assignments but the CSS formatting is messed up.

There won’t be a 3.2/1.2.9 version for Courseware.
A new release is coming up next week that will offer:
* assignments (including quizzes, automatic grading)
* lectures (courses/sub-courses will be replaced with a new handbook style content type that will offer a way of organizing content in a hierarchical mode/handbook style)
* a cleaner UI
* some usability tools like progress display and bookmarking
* 3.2, 1.3 compatibility including distraction free writing mode
* a lot of security improvements (like: users won’t be able to upload and see others files)
* a diploma generation support (this will be delivered through a secondary plugin, just to not mess with the pdflib library in PHP)
* and other minor improvements I can’t remember
BuddyPress 1.3 will released this month sooner or later.
For 1.2.x compatibility, I will open a new thread and see if there’s demand for that.

I’m fine with no fixes or updates to WP3.2/BP1.2.9. My preference is to use the most current version, and as the bp upgrade is just around the corner, will gladly wait.
I’m not a developer, but I can provide detailed feedback of what the end user likes and doesn’t like, what works for me and what doesn’t work for me as teacher/administrator, and provide Camtasia screen recordings if and when necessary.
Have you published “how to provide feedback” guidelines somewhere?

UNABLE TO EDIT POSTS HERE <– I click it and it 404's
I followed the BP template pack instructions for my theme and everything turned out ok. Some parts and squished but almost everything buddypress or bbpress is functional. However with scholarpress, the templates appear to be very broken.
Examples:

I’d love to use this plugin but obviously need these issues fixed. Suggestions? Should I be copying more BP default theme templates into my own? If so, which ones?
Please check again the WordPress and BuddyPress versions before installing Courseware.
Also, I advice you to test everything using default BuddyPress theme before reporting issues.

What BP version does this courseware work with? I have wasted so much time trying to get this program and learninglog to work. I started bp at 1.2.10, I can’t find anywhere to download 1.1.8. You said a few months ago the courseware was being updated. I have version 0.1.6. What WP and BP versions do I need so I can create assignments. And where can I find them to download.
