									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey, I want to modify the members widget by adding additional markup etc. I really want to avoid changing the plugin core, I&#8217;d rather take the code and make a plugin or place the code in something like functions.php or bp-custom.php to over write it.</p>
<p>Can anyone point me in the right direction or explain how I can do this?</p>
