<p>The Create Groups link has always been in the Groups Directory page, not in the individual groups page. There is also a Create Groups link in the BuddyPress section in the Admin Toolbar which I see you have disabled. Edit the Groups page and remove any content/shortcode you might have placed there.</p>

Create something like username: test, password: test123, for example and I will delete it from your post here.</p>
