									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve disabled all plugins and re-enabled them one at a time to figure out which is the culprit.  Buddypress itself isn&#8217;t causing the issue.  It only happens when &#8216;Buddypress Template Pack&#8217; is enabled.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for the reply modemlooper.  That got us halfway there.  There is now a very small popup when you mouse over the thumbnail, but still not the nice styled box that should be there (which you can view in the demo theme).</p>
<p>Any other ideas?</p>
