									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I ran 3.1 and then upgraded to BP 1.2.8 before I saw the &#8220;read this before update&#8221; (whatever was in it is unknown to me) by being too quick on the click. Now my site is completely toast. Nothing works on the live site or the admin console.</p>
<p>So, if you&#8217;re smart, you won&#8217;t upgrade to 3.1 or BP 1.2.8.</p>
