how do I get the forums to work? Like, be able to start and post threads, etc. right now there doesnt seem to be any options :/

I copied my index.php structure (I think..) and it still renders the sidebar (the bottom .gif image of my content) far to the left, and it renders the sidebar under the content, not next to. :/
