Removing that line in “projects” and “tasks” table creation worked.

I’d suggest an alert that blocks project creation when there are no categories yet.
Otherwise people write a lot of stuff into their first project form, then click the categories link and all entered data is lost.

Both lines 89 and 120 of file bp-gtm.php show the same:

'discuss_count' bigint(20) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',

(where discuss_count uses backticks but I changed them to apostrophes in order to post correctly in this forum)

Both manual SQL and reactivating the plugin with deleting tables didn’t work for me.
Is there any MySQL requirement? I just get errors with @swanzai export file.. the same also with the plugin’s original table creation script. This only applies to the “projects” and “tasks” table creation.

Both wp_bp_gtm_projects and wp_bp_gtm_tasks do *not* exist in the database, however the 4 below do exist:
wp_bp_gtm_discuss, wp_bp_gtm_resps, wp_bp_gtm_taxon, wp_bp_gtm_terms

I tried to change the avatar of my profile here on the site (buddypress.org) but each time when I try to upload a JPG (small file size), I get this error in a red box:

“Upload Failed! Error was: Unable to create directory /home/buddypress/public_html/wpmu/wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/avatars/4034951. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”
