<p>it seem that you&#8217;re working on a local install.<br />
Maybe your local settings for php are not correct. First of all, check MAMP or WAMP or what else, if php gettext module is loaded.<br />
Check also that your wp-config file contains your language definition (wp_lang bg_BG)<br />
