When using the seopress plugin, there is no settings screen on the plugin settings where you can add titles when you are using the buddypress search form. When using the search form, the title looks like this followed by the sitename. Any fix to this?

I’ve got a copy where you can attach RSS feeds to a group but the only problem is that you need to create a user that will publish the items. I’ve created a dummy user eg “RSS Feeder” and that user publishes the RSS feeds to the group. I know…not very practical but it works. […]

I’ve tried installing the latest buddystream plugin but when I activate it, I get the following error

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Zend_Session_Exception’ with message ‘session has already been started by session.auto-start or session_start()’

I thought so at first but when deactivating the followers plugin, the favourites profile still doesn’t display with buddystream activated.

Buddypress followers doesn’t seem to be working with the Buddystream plugin. THe Ajax activity profile links doesn’t return the correct results

Another problem. Since I’ve updated to the latest BP version this morning, all the updates sent to Twitter and Facebook that includes a ‘ are escaped with but it displays correctly on My Site. So can’t becomes can’t on Twitter and Facebook

I’ve updated to the latest version of BP but the External Group Blogs plugin doesn’t show the avatar of the group any more. Is there a quick fix to this to something that has changed in the latest BP update?

It doesn’t display on my custom theme or the latest default theme of BP.

When I post a tweet to Twitter and Facebook, The Twitter and Facebook update gets imported back to the network so there is 3 of the same updates.

Is it possible to limit the amount of text imported from Facebook to your network? I’m running a micro blogging site and I only allow 200 characters to be posted on the site. Could it be setup so that only 200 characters of FB status updates be imported?

Add this to wp-config.php define( "BP_REGISTER_SLUG", "your-registration-slug" ); and change ‘your-registration-slug to your own registration slug.

Edit * the wp-config.php file is situated in the root of your wordpress installation

Thanks @r-a-y but it doesn’t seem to work. When I replace the function code in embedly.php with yours, I can’t seem to embed anything from the embedly list. It only displays the URL. I’ve tested this with a slideshare presentation.

I only have only problem with the js functions I’m using. When you have posted, the counter that displays the remaining length doesn’t reset.
