<p>In object caching there is no option to turn off for logged in users (only wordpress admin)</p>
<p>There is an option to add pages and folders to a list not to cache but im not sure what or how to format what goes in there.</p>

<p>Would it be possible to set a redirect link (even in code) to direct them through to a welcome page of some sort?</p>
<p>Also have you tested this with djpauls welcome pack plugin?</p>
