That Twitter button appears to work (i.e. it adds the #twitter hashtag to the beginning of my activity post), but the post never appears on Twitter. Any ideas?

I’d like this feature as well, as the only way to send direct messages to other users is if they’re friends. I need a way to either automatically make everybody friends with each other or, conversely, allow messages to be sent to people even if they aren’t friends.

Any luck on this? It’s possible to get video to display inline using the “oEmbed for BuddyPress” plug-in, but I have yet to figure out a way to do the same for images.
