I seemed to have fix the issue for now. I disabled BuddyPress and re-enabled it and it seemed to have created the tables for the subdomains.

I have been setting up a Multisite network for sometime now, and was recently waiting for BP 1.7 final to be released so I can have social networking for all of my subdomain sites. Before installing the final version I tested the Beta on a “sandbox” which exactly replicates the main network I will be putting BP on.
