									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t know why the Hell it took me this long to find it, but if you edit the &#8220;plugins.php&#8221; file in &#8220;Members/Single&#8221; it will reflect itself on the upload/edit pages for photos.  So easy.</p>
