<p>When a member is deleted, let&#8217;s say John Smith <code>jsmith</code>, that username becomes available again. Someone called Jason Smith could indeed register <code>jsmith</code>.</p>
<p>Content associated with deleted accounts should be deleted but this isn&#8217;t always the case.
