getting following error when activate buddy press 1.2.7 in wordpress 3.0

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/content/05/5467905/html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-forums.php on line 205”

pls help how to resolve this error.
