<p>Can you get into the site with ftp or a file navigator/explorer in your web hosting control panel? Navigate to the bp-privacy folder ( /wp-content/plugins/bp-privacy/ ) and rename or delete it. </p>
<p>This should cause Wordpress to de-activate the plugin.</p>
