									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just installed buddypress using simplescript, which said that it packaged the install.  I was not updating a Wordpress.  There is no place for new people to register and nowhere to add users.</p>
<p>Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a solution?</p>
