I did the toggle to troubleshoot another issue. I’ve also been toggling the other plugins. So far, no joy.

Just activated “WP User Avatar”. It allowed me to save the new avatar.

Once saved, the Save button went away on multiple screens I checked.
I then DE-ACTIVATED and Save button came back.
