With buddypress forum attachments it gives me the option to browse for uploads, but there is no button for uploading the file, so whenever I try it gives a result ” 3R_SL_6.jpg” any ideas as to why this could be?

Set up a buddypress site with a forum. My users want to be able to upload photo’s in comments and forums. I have tried easy comment uploads, forum attachments for buddypress and buddypress forum extras all to no avial. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Any help greatly appreciated.
