You can see it working at one of <a href="http://buddypress.org/community/members/erich/" rel="nofollow ugc">@erich</a>&#8216;s sites; <a href="http://madeinaustria.com/activity" rel="nofollow ugc">http://madeinaustria.com/activity</a>. Works really well, and is simple enough for technophobic site members!</p>

<p>The standard on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is to use real full names. That should be the default imho and then there&#8217;s a plugin for those who want something else.</p>
