<p>The one thing missing, being able to set it up to have it that logged in members can see profile.  Plugin Author says he is working on updating to include that option.</p>

<p>I found an answer to my second questions.  There is a plugin that allows you to set runs for each profile field, <a href="http://buddypress.org/community/groups/bp-profile-privacy/home/" rel="nofollow ugc">http://buddypress.org/community/groups/bp-profile-privacy/home/</a>.</p>
<p>Still looking for a solution to my first question.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p>
