Have you created new wordpress pages and used shortcodes? Also, If you’ve disabled all plugins minus bbPress have you posted/looked through http://www.bbpress.org for similar problems? A small note, I found setting up bbPress slightly annoying as well, have you messed with the basic settings etc?

Whenever I make a topic in any given forum, it appears in every single forum

@fptcom WP, BP and bbPress versions? Have never seen the issue you posted above. Basic troubleshooting, change to twenty twelve theme and deactivate plugins except BuddyPress and bbPress.
