Anyway I dropped buddypress and cms based social networks at all. This is because all available cms engines are very heavy, does a bunch of unnecessary mysql queries, and use up too much execution memory. I end up writing my own social network based on codeigniter framework.</p>

<p>Well, the problem is that localization script is loaded in wrong place, too late to translate previously initiated script.<br />
All you have to do is to put</p>
<p>load_plugin_textdomain( ‘eventpress’, false, basename( EP_DIR ) . ‘/lang’ );</p>
<p>right after:</p>
