Everything worked fine with 1.2.3 but I have 2 VERY BIG issues with 1.2.4.1 which no one seems to be able to fix πŸ™

When I view a topic and want to reply to the posts the post reply is ABOVE the attachment fields
When I create a new topic the post reply is below the attachment fields

I had users saying they can’t upload using IE – I can test this as I don’t use IE – so will test that tomorrow
