									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://buddypress.org/community/members/boonebgorges/" rel="nofollow ugc">@boonebgorges</a> i&#8217;m not new to buddypress, but it seems to me that the best way to learn it is to get my hands dirty in the code!  what is the protocol for picking one of the &#8220;new&#8221; issues and assigning it to myself, and then submitting a patch for review or committing?  i&#8217;ll start small, i&#8217;m sure  🙂</p>
