For example, if I put in: <a href="http://example.com/members/?s=jim" rel="nofollow ugc">http://example.com/members/?s=jim</a> It would bring up Jim. But if I did this: <a href="http://example.com/members/?s=jim+dave" rel="nofollow ugc">http://example.com/members/?s=jim+dave</a> it wont bring up anyone unless they have both jim, AND dave in their names. I want it to search for jim OR [&#8230;]</p>
