I’d made one single fix on .htaccess:

#uploaded files
RewriteRule ^files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$1
#RewriteRule ^(.*/)?files/$ index.php
#RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !.*wp-content/plugins.*
#RewriteRule ^(.*/)?files/(.*) wp-content/blogs.php?file=$2
