there is little problem with this plugin regarding the new version of wordpress, that is wordpress 3.1 multisite
In this version there is a separate view of both individual site and network administrator. Buddypress option only appear in network admin and this plugin work only if you activate it from individual site admin.

Using the new version of the wordpress bp sidebar link is not showing in the “Buddypress Tab” of Network admin.
