<p>what you trying to achieve can be accomplished with WordPress Multisite (WPMU), except for the shared forum part (maybe it is possible, if it is, I don&#8217;t know how).</p>
<p>In a WPMU, you can have, through sub-directories or sub-domains, several high level domain using the Domain Mapping plugin.
