									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My workaround was to set the WP time zone to UTC, comment out my ini_<code>set(&#039;date.timezone&#039;, &#039;Pacific/Honolulu&#039;);</code> in wp-config.php and empty the WordPress cache.  I don&#8217;t particularly like this move, however.</p>
