It was &#8220;First Visit Message&#8221; as demonstrated on this site <a href="http://www.thijmenstavenuiter.nl/" rel="nofollow ugc">http://www.thijmenstavenuiter.nl/</a> I&#8217;m no coder but I think it&#8217;s using jquery to do what it does. I can&#8217;t find it in the plug-in directory so perhaps the author, Thijmen Stavenuiter withdrew it after s/he figured [&#8230;]</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://buddypress.org/community/members/jenyus/" rel="nofollow ugc">@jenyus</a> is right! jQuery conflicts appear to be rife. I&#8217;ve had multiple plugins affect the functionality of the Avatar and avatar crop feature, with the only solution turning them off. There needs to be a better way of isolating problems concerning jQuery.</p>
