									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It will be really nice if when an admin create a new a user by backend (/wp-admin/user-new.php) he can can select the BuddyPress user type in the create user screen.</p>
<p>Right now you have to create the user and then edit it to select the user type.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s some plugin, hook that can activate this?</p>
