<p>Check out the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-disable-activation/" rel="nofollow ugc">BP Disable Activation</a> plugin. I haven&#8217;t tested, but it should still work.</p>
<p>Regarding activating the 310k pending accounts, I&#8217;m not sure there will be a plugin for that. The best approach would be to loop over each of the pending accounts, activating each one.
