									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Buddypress.org seems to have quite a few bugs right now.  I just tried to upload an avatar  and got this error:</p>
<p>Upload Failed! Error was: Unable to create directory /avatars/7447278. Is its parent directory writable by the server?</p>
<p>Also mentioning a user will cause multiple &#8220;<a href="http://buddypress.org/community/members/links/" rel="nofollow ugc">@links</a>&#8221; to post. </p>
