For others with the same issue and to answer my question, you need to create the missing pages via the admin dashboard and then select those new pages in <code>Settings -&gt; Buddypress -&gt; Pages tab -&gt; Registration</code> section</p>

<p>Do I need to create new pages via the admin dashboard or new template files for the missing components? Or both?</p>
