									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I need an email form that a user can use to fill in some information that will be sent to a third-party, NOT to the site administrator, etc.  For example, a complaint form to some other entity, like General Motors, Wells Fargo, etc.  (just examples&#8230;.not for real!).</p>
<p>Suggestions?  I am looking at CFormsII, for example.</p>
