									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After few tests in turns out the &#8220;Member Groups&#8221; functions properly.<br />
The group creation wizard still has issues and stops at step 2. However the group gets to be created.<br />
Avatar uploading does not display the croping rectangle (I am not sure if this related to this, need to do more tests)</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I noticed that is I create the group and gave a name that included arabic characters, the &#8220;Member Groups&#8221; tab does not function properly.<br />
Another thing I noticed is while creating the group using the wizard, the plugin stops at step 2 and displays the following message in an empty page; when I click next:<br />
