Well look at the common plugin you and @kemmieg are using which is S2 Member. I would start there by deactivating the plugin and see if the issue persists and if the issue goes away after deactivating the plugin then report it to the plugin author so they can track down the bug.

It would help if each of you would provide what theme and plugins you are using to help us help you because I have tested against twenty thirteen and fourteen and I can’t replicate your issue.
